Great, but baloony
The nicest skirt I've seen and felt in a long time. It is very elegant and flows beautifully. The downside for me is that the hip section tends to 'baloon up' due to its design. Wouldn't mind if the style was more vintage inspired in the waist and hip region -- this skirt does not have a particularly high waist, and the band that is sewn on the inside can't transform the skirt that way either. If you try to use the band to pull the skirt together too tight, lines show immediately. Bummer! So be careful how you plan to wear this! I figured it goes well with shirts that go OVER the skirt as opposed to being tucked in completely.
