• *Wearing Tips:
  By tying the ribbons on reverse side of the inner layer, it would become a flatted hoop petticoat, which would make the outside dress/skirt have a large area to display decoration, especially for court dresses.
  The steel hoop is adjustable, you may adjust it according to your dress/skirt shape, or even remove the hoop for different puffy effects. (*Please DO be careful when adjusting/removing the hoop, in case of any injury.)
  This item not only could be worn as a petticoat underneath dresses & skirts, but also could be worn as an ordinary skirt (better wear a pair of bloomers underneath).
