Fanplusfriend's garments are handmade one by one by high experience workers.

Following are a brief instruction of how a Fanplusfriend's garment comes out.

1 Pattern Design

This is actually a long and complicated process, constant revision is just a part. As for the sample blouse, we've already completed and tailors can now make the blouse smoothly.

2 Fabric preparing 

Choose the correct color and special fabric for this item.

3 Pattern Papers

This is a collection of patterns in each part of the blouse. 

4 Tailor the fabric according to pattern papers

Tailors would add or subtract extra spaces according to different sizes.

5 Iron each piece to make sure they're not wrinkling while sewing

6 Prepare the accessories such as laces and buttons, sew each pieces together and finish the blouse by hemming the edges, sewing the buttons.

7 Complete the whole process and the final blouse come now: 

Before packing and shipping, we'll also double check the blouse status according to the customer's requests to avoid possible mistake during all these process.
